实验室简介

Laboratory overview

射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室(以下简称实验室)经国家有关部委批准立项,由深圳大学牵头建设,上海交通大学和中兴通讯股份有限公司参与共建。实验室围绕射频异质异构集成的关键科学技术问题,开展系统深入的原创性、前瞻性基础研究和核心技术攻关,认识基本原理,掌握理论方法与核心技术,形成射频异质异构集成能力、平台和标准,研制一系列面向国家重大需求的射频异质异构集成电路系统。实验室研究将推动集成电路变道超车发展和信息系统集成技术快速进步,实现从集成电路到集成系统的变革和跨越。

实验室主任毛军发,中国科学院院士,IEEE fellow,中国电子学会微波分会主任委员。研究成果获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项,国家技术发明二等奖1项,国家科技进步奖二等奖1项,中国高等学校十大科技进展1项。

State Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneous Integration (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Laboratory’) wasapproved by the relevant national ministries.Shenzhen University(SZU)takes the lead in construction, with the participation ofShanghai Jiao Tong University and ZTE Corporation. The Laboratory focuses on the key scientific and technological issues of RF heterogeneous integration, conducting systematic and original foundational research as well as core technology development. It aims to develop a series of RF heterogeneous integrated circuit systems to meet the national major demands. The research conducted by the Laboratory will drive the advancement of integrated circuit development and information system integration technology, facilitating a transformation and leap from integrated circuits to integrated systems.

Mao Junfa, Directorof the Laboratory, is amemberof the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an IEEE fellow, and the chairmanof Microwave Branch of Chinese Institute of Electronics. He has acquired achievements including one second prize of National Natural Science Award, onesecond prizes of National Technology Invention Award, one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and recognition as “Ten Scientific And Technological Progresses of Chinese universities in 2020”.

EDA工具开发人才:

EDA tool developers

1)面向射频异质异构集成系统的仿真、设计、工艺、验证等需求进行EDA软件开发,包括先进计算电磁场算法、耦合多物理场仿真算法、材料和工艺模拟算法、自动化敏捷设计方法、建模与验证算法等开发,实现射频与高速器件、芯片、封装、系统等的仿真建模和优化设计,解决可制造性设计、可靠性设计、可测性设计问题,支撑射频集成系统的高效研发。

2)具有计算机、集成电路、应用数学等专业或相关学科研究背景,有EDA工具开发相关经验者优先。

1) Job description: To develop EDA software for the simulation, design, processes and verification of RF heterogeneous integrated systems, including the development of advanced computational electromagnetic field algorithms, coupled multi-physics simulation algorithms, materials and process simulation algorithms, automated agile design methods, modeling and verification algorithms, etc.

2)Qualifications:Backgrounds in computer science, integrated circuits, applied mathematics, or related fields are highly preferred, with a priority given to those who have experiencein EDA tool development.

射频芯片与系统设计人才:

RF chip and system designers

1)射频毫米波芯片设计。硅基、化合物半导体射频毫米波芯片设计,包括相控阵收发前端、数字可重构收发机、功能单元器件、多功能前端、集成无源器件等。

2)射频毫米波系统设计。射频毫米波集成微系统设计,包括LTCC基、树脂基晶圆级扇出、硅基三维集成收发前端封装系统(SiP)与有源封装天线(AiP),单片射频毫米波异质集成电路、基于芯粒的射频毫米波集成电路及跨尺度集成射频微系统等的设计研发。

3)具有微电子技术、射频集成电路与系统、电子封装集成技术、电磁场微波技术等领域或相关学科研究背景。有射频毫米波芯片电路设计或射频毫米波芯片相关开发经验者优先。

1) RF mmWave chip design: Design of silicon-based andcompound semiconductor mmWave chip, including phasedarray transceiver front-end, digital reconfigurable transceiver, functional unitcomponents, multifunctional frontend, andintegrated passive device, etc.

2) RF mmWave system design: Design of RF mmWave integrated microsystem, including LTCC-based and resin-based fan-out wafer-level packaging, silicon-based 3D integrated transceiver frontend system in package(SiP), antennas in package (AiP), monolithic RF mmWave heterogeneous integrated circuits, chiplet-based RF mmWave integrated circuits, and cross-scale integrated RF microsystems, etc.

3)Qualifications: Backgrounds in microelectronicstechnologies, RF integrated circuits and systems, electronic packaging and electromagnetic fields and microwave technology, or related fields are preferred, with a priority given to those who have experience inRF mmWave circuits/chip design.

射频异质异构集成工艺人才:

RF heterogeneous integration process experts

1)异质外延生长与异质集成:化合物半导体异质外延生长及其界面生成、调控与融合机理研究;化合物半导体转移及其硅基异质键合等异质集成技术。

2)2.5D/3D先进封装工艺:包括chiplet工艺,Flip-chip和凸点等工艺设计与优化控制、高密度垂直互连(TSV深硅刻蚀和电镀技术)、RDL和UBM技术等。

3)具有异质异构集成电路工艺,异质异构芯片与系统制备的相关开发经验者优先。

1) Heteroepitaxial growth and heterointegration: Researches about compound semiconductors’ epitaxial growth, the principles of generation, regulation and integration of their heterogenous interfaces; Heterointegration technologies such as compound semiconductor transfer and silicon-based heterobonding.

2)2.5D/3D advanced packaging technology: including chiplet process, Flip chip and bump process design and optimization control, high-density vertical interconnection (TSV deep silicon etching and electroplating technology), RDL and UBM technology, etc.

3)Qualifications:Backgrounds inheterogeneous integrated circuit technology, heterogeneous chips and system fabrication arehighly preferred.

1)助理教授年龄一般不超过35周岁,副教授一般不超过40周岁,教授一般不超过45周岁;

2)取得国(境)内外高水平大学或研究机构的博士学位,具备较强的科研能力、创新意识、合作精神和发展潜力,能够胜任本科生课程教学工作;

3)助理教授已取得较好的学术成果,在相关学术领域崭露头角。已达到国(境)内外高水平大学副教授水平,取得国(境)内外同行认可的学术成就,具有相当学术影响力者,可直接申请预聘副教授岗位。特别优秀者可直接申请教授或特聘教授岗位。
